1. Open PGAdmin and click on the Spatial Data Warehouse database (sdw) in the tree view and connect as an Admin user.

2. Click on the SQL button  and launch the query window.

3. Enter the CREATE VIEW statement into the SQL editor (you could use the Graphical Query Builder if you prefer).
    
    
4. Click on the green arrow 
   You should see a message like this in the Output pane (the number of msec may be different).
