With the Data Share Connections node selected in the tree right click and select Add DataSource from the context menu.
Select the XML Feed type and click OK.
Location
Here you need to enter the URL to the Modern.gov data that you wish to download e.g.

Note that sometimes the URL may be in the form http://mycouncil.yourcouncil.gov.uk/mgRss.aspx?f=22.
Xsl
Browse to the xsl transformation that you wish to use to transform the XML feed. For Modern.gov you should pick the feedxml-rss.xslt which can be found in the Studio\config folder.
Name
Enter a unique name for your XML Feed Data Share connection e.g. Moderngov_councillors.: ModernGov_Councillors. Note that this exact name should be used, as it's used by the SQL later.
Click OK
Now we need to download the data so, select the RSS Data Share Connection ModerngovModernGov_councillorsCouncillors, which you will find under the RSS Fees node, right click and select Synchronise.
