- Fixed issue where printing was not in HiDPI, even though the HiDPI checkbox was checked for the Basemap source.
- Fixed issue where image retrieval would fail if extra characters were present in the content-type of the response.
- Fix problems with proxy settings in WPS and PDF printing requests. Added basic proxy handling to the Metadata service - this means that it will only be able to make use of proxy settings specified in iShare configuration and not pick up the settings from the registry.
