The server must support a certain type of cipher. Download and run IIS Crypto from Nantec Nartac and go to the Cipher Suite section. Enable either TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 or TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA384. A reboot will be required.
