Using this document

Text which appears in the QGIS user interface, for example as panel or field names, menu items or items in a dropdown, appears in bold: View > Toolbars

Instructions for exercises are shown in an information panel, with numbered steps:

Add Annotations

Turn on the Annotations toolbar

Click on Text Annotation (the button far right)

Click on the map to add the annotation

File names and paths are show in a courier font: D:\PhotonUser\My Files\Home Folder\QGIS Training\Data\vector
