About this Release

Patch release with minor enhancements and fixes

Pre-requisites

This release of iShare requires the following to be installed:

  • Windows Server 2012 R2, 2012, 2008 R2 or 2008
  • Internet Information Services (IIS) Versions 8.5, 8.0, 7.5 or 7.0
  • Microsoft .NET Framework V3.5 Service Pack 1 (installed and enabled)

iShare and its modules are installed using the iShare Installer. Any 3rd Party software required by iShare may be installed using the Astun 3rd Party Installer. The AstunPGInstaller will install any Astun scripts on your Data Share database depending upon the selected Install Options.

Installers

  • AstunPGInstaller - Fixed comment string that was preventing Police SQL updater from running.

Studio

  • Studio should no longer start up with the tree view covering all of the form.
  • When copying a layer in Studio, Roles from the original layer will no longer be copied to the new one.
  • SLD Style Editor:
    • now includes SYMBOL definitions included in the .map file for a MapSource, as well as those in SYMBOLSET files.
    • should no longer fail to load when .map file contains INCLUDE statements using relative paths to folders other than the one containing that file.

Data Share

  • Fix situation where null values for columns in Data Sources meant that those columns were not present when output in GetData Data Source requests.

iShare Core

  • Ensured that any data output that uses the atJSONDatatable.xsl file correctly passes in the columns.

iShare Maps

  • LiteMaps no longer tries to load any plugins by default e.g. permalink.
  • Permalink icon is now set in CSS, allowing site-, or page- specific overrides.

iShare GIS

  • Updated the help panel in Feature Editing, Layer Catalogue, Annotations, and Filtering dialogs. More detail added and links out to the iShare Help website.
  • Equal range Thematics should now always calculate equal ranges.

  • Fixed issue with FeatureServer name clashes across MapSources. Layer-equivalent configuration now uses 

    app pool name--MapSource name--Layer name

    to identify it (rather than just Layer name), which should prevent clashes when different MapSources use the same layer name or MapSources are copied between different instances of iShare using the same FeatureServer web service.

Web Services

  • Fixed issue with FeatureServer name clashes across MapSources. Layer-equivalent configuration now uses 

    app pool name--MapSource name--Layer name

    to identify it (rather than just Layer name), which should prevent clashes when different MapSources use the same layer name or MapSources are copied between different instances of iShare using the same FeatureServer web service.

Publisher

  • Publisher should no longer erroneously return a error reporting that the template isn't in the correct directory.
