Pre-requisites

This release of iShare requires the following to be installed:

  • Windows Server 2012 R2, 2012, 2008 R2 or 2008
  • Internet Information Services (IIS) Versions 8.5, 8.0, 7.5 or 7.0
  • Microsoft .NET Framework V3.5 Service Pack 1 (installed and enabled)

iShare and its modules are installed using the iShare Installer. Any 3rd Party software required by iShare may be installed using the Astun 3rd Party Installer. The AstunPGInstaller will install any Astun scripts on your Data Share database depending upon the selected Install Options.

Installers

  • The AstunPGInstaller has been updated to fix an issue where a quote was in the wrong place in the code used by the Symphony (Welsh) functions at_wkf_build_from_symphony_welsh and at_wkf_build_from_symphony_welsh_astype which are used when configuring Location Lookups for a Welsh Symphony Gazetteer.

Studio

  • Fixed a potential Studio crash when saving if the CSW Server Endpoint URI wasn't set in the iShare Master Settings.
  • Improved performance when viewing the Layer Roles.
  • Fixed an issue where Studio would appear to hang, or wouldn't re-open for a period of time after closing.
  • Stopped Studio from becoming unresponsive when opening the Data Share tree node.

iShare Maps

  • Fix problem with Display Names for Layer Fields not being shown in iShare front-ends.

iShare GIS

  • Fixed issue with projections not loading in PDF print templates and causing them to fail.
  • Fixed problem with PDF print preview configuration dialog not opening.
