Running the Backup Standalone

The Astun Backup script can also be run standalone from the windows Command Prompt.

Open a command prompt and navigate to the database backup directory in Astun/Tools.

Type the following, substituting your path to the Python executable (see screenshot below) and hit return to run the script:

D:\Astun\Tools\database_backup>C:\Python25\python.exe database_backup.py -f config.ini
