Step 4 - Copy NLPG data

Each time you receive new files from the NLPG they will need to be copied to the Pending folder in order to be processed by the NLPG Importer.

We suggest that you also copy these files to the Archive folder so that if you need to reset your NLPG data you can run the Reset option. See the topic Step 8 - Create Task to Rest the NLPG data. The Reset option clears the Pending folder and then copies everything from the Archive folder to the Pending folder before running the NLPG Importer.

Unless you want to perform this manually you will need to put in a mechanism to put any new NLPG files into these folders e.g. FTP.
