Create Job to Refresh Police data
In order that the Police data is kept up-to-date you need to create a Workflow Job to run the Tasks required to download and build the data.
To do this you will need to add a Job entry.
Right click on the Jobs entry in the tree and select New Job.
Job Name
Enter a unique name for your job e.g. Refresh Police Data.
Now you need to Create Tasks to download the various Police data to the PostGres database.
Create Task to create Police Team information - this is optional and only required if you wish to be able to display Police Team information as the neighbourhood_teams (point) dataset must be joined to the neighbourhood_boundaries (polygon) dataset before you can use the data.
Once you have created your Tasks you can use the up
and down
arrows to change the order, if required.
Next you need to schedule when to run the update. Simply select the Refresh Police Data job in the tree and add a schedule.
