Data Share

  • Added a new Dynamic Datasource in Data Share to retrieve web service data on the fly. This makes use of bespoke python plugins so if you would like to use this functionality then please call your Astun Consultant.

iShare GIS

  • Fixed problem in IE10 causing map not to load due to not supporting all browser console message methods.
  • The Information Browser is now correctly showing links again.

iShare Maps

  • Fix for 'squashed' base mapping images. This issue was due to a change in OpenLayers and would be triggered by third-party CSS (e.g. that in Bootstrap) setting the maximum width for image elements.

Studio

  • When Studio opens, the tree now starts in a collapsed state.
  • Fix problem where selecting a function Task in Studio Workflow would trigger an exception.
  • Make sure that OGC layer configuration is kept up-to-date with changes to Data Share database connection.
  • Map Viewer:
    • No longer reporting OpenLayers as being undefined.
    • Should now work correctly regardless of whether the MapServer URL has a ? at the end or not.
    • No longer causes Studio to raise an exception and possibly close.
  • The correct message will be displayed if Studio can't connect to the default database.
  • The user will be informed if Studio can't access ogrinfo.exe which is used to retrieve a list of fields.
  • The user will be informed if there is a problem saving the scheduled task.
  • Studio will now warn if the user instead of crashing if the map file in the first map source doesn't exist.
  • The About menu now shows the correct module name and responds correctly to the F1 key.
  • You can now select and move multiple fields in the Layer dialog.

Web Services

  • Corrected the format of GetFeature requests that use the GeoJSON output format.
  • OGC requests with multiple layers specified on the TypeName parameter are now processed correctly.
  • LocalInfo Data Requests:
    • for a single layer are now more efficient
    • now accept a "Layer" parameter which overrides the layer name passed in with the group name (GroupName|LayerName), and can now be either the layer's Display name or Layer name.
    • now works with OGC layers

Other Enhancements / Fixes
