Configure an Internal Datasource

Configure an Internal Datasource

Select Internal if you wish to connect to an existing table in the PostgreSQL database.

When you select to add a new Internal Data Share connection you will see the following dialog.

Use the Construct SQL button to help you to construct the SQL entry.

The Link Field is there so we can join the data in the Data Share Connection to another dataset. The link defines which field in the Data Share to use for the join.

Once you click OK you will be able to configure the General Data Share Connection Details.
