Fixed issue with FeatureServer name clashes across MapSources. Layer-equivalent configuration now uses
Code Block app pool name--MapSource name--Layer name
to identify it (rather than just Layer name), which should prevent clashes when different MapSources use the same layer name or MapSources are copied between different instances of iShare using the same FeatureServer web service.
