Overview
This is perhaps the most common issue we have reported with ADS. The road labelling for ADS Base Mapping is taken from VML (Vector Map Local) not OS MasterMap Topo for instance, so the issue with the label lies with VML.
As you are the OS Licence holder you would need to inform Ordnance Survey of the labelling defect and, once it's updated in VML, it will be automatically updated in ADS following the next refresh cycle.
