Ability to set theAddress Location through the URL parameter on the page that contains the map - this is to show the address marker on the map.

There are three parts to the value of the new parameter, separated by spaces:
x-coord - Easting of address location
y-coord - Northing of address location
name-of-address - Optional string for the address. Not currently used, present for possible future compatibility. Spaces can be used in this value without issue.
