As you can see, you have the original HTML version highlighted in pink, but you then have the raw values highlighted in black, which can be accessed by using a namespaced request (e.g. /rss/channel/item/raw:description/raw:Council_Tax_Band). Also note, that the _RAW suffix that is used with Studio has been removed.
