Within the iShare Software Development Kit (SDK) there are a number of Web Services which may be used to access data such as:

  1. Address Search Methods - allows customers to perform an address search on any web page.

  2. GetData Web Service - provides various methods for retrieving data from iShare whether from a Map Source or the Data Share database.

  3. My Alerts Web Services - for communicating with the My Alerts database.

  4. SOAP Web Services - Locate and Lookup for use with iShare Maps and iShare GIS.

  5. Reports.ashx endpoint to allow logging of Faults to the Locate.asmx without Fault Logging nodes in the Map Source
