All textual labels that are written on a web page are now held within a Base.xml file and referenced within the code by a specific key which in turn returns the text to display to the user. A language file is associated with a Workspace which in turn can have one or more MapSources associated with it.
Both the languageBase.xml and language.xsl are held in the webservice\xml folder.
