Before you can use the MyAlerts Web Services you must make sure that you have Configured MyAlertsMy Alerts in Studio.

There are two types of My Alerts users:

Provided that the user has already logged on to one of the above then you can use one of the following MyAlerts Web Services:

  • MyAlerts Transaction Web Service [Transaction.asmx] is used to retrieve alerts for a user.
  • MyAlerts UserManager Web Service [UserManager.asmx]  can be used for managing MyAlerts users or this can be done via Studio using the MyAlerts My Alerts Administrator Module.
