If you wish to include information (fields) from Data Share click on the Data Share button at the bottom of the Layer dialog.
The Name, Help Info and Query Field information cannot be changed via the iShare Studio as these have been predefined when creating the Data Share connection.
To add a new Datasource click on the 
icon and you will see the following dialog.
DataSource Name
Select a data source from the list of available entries.
Query Field
This entry has been predefined when creating the data source and is purely for information.
Unique Field
Select the field that is to be used to match against the Query Field.

To remove a DataSource select the entry from the list and click on the 
icon.
