Importing External data v2.0

GIS Admin users will be able to import tables directly into a Corporate schema.

Open Studio

1. Expand the Jobs node, right click on Unassigned tasks and select New Task.
    

2. Create a Workflow Spatial Data Transformation Task and give it a Name e.g. Import Planning data.
    

3. Select the Source Data from either a file (e.g. MapInfo, ShapeFile) or a pre-defined Workflow Connection.
    

4. Specify the Output as your Spatial Data Warehouse and enter the Table as schema_name.table_name e.g.
   
   

   Open

   

   Import Planning Data

   
   
   
   

5. Run the task.
