Link to Legacy NHS Choices Layers
Overview
NHS Choices have changed their API, and with that the index to the data has changed. The Astun Data Services (ADS) NHS Choices Downloader essentially acts as a central repository for the NHS Choices data for England. This links seamlessly with the iShare platform allowing NHS service information to be displayed on map layers.
The ADS NHS Choices WFS will include both the new and the legacy layers. By default the existing Layer names will be for the new data in order that the feed will continue to work for existing customers without needing to change their Workflow Connection or Tasks. The URL to the old WFS Connection will be eventually be deprecated but this will give customers plenty of time to change their WFS Connection to use the new V2 URL (http://syn.ads.astuntechnology.com/nhs/v2/choices/wfs).
If you should need to access the Legacy layers via their old index then these layers will be provided by both the original and new V2 URL as the following names:

Step-by-step guide
- Create a WFS Workflow Connection to the V2 URL http://syn.ads.astuntechnology.com/nhs/v2/choices/wfs.
- Create a Workflow Job to Refresh the Legacy data.
- Create a Spatial Data Transformation Task or Tasks to download the legacy layers.
